Holding A.Ş is the holding company of the Yazıcı Family,
which holds 67.91 percent of interest in Anadolu Endüstri
Holding A.Ş. and its subsidiaries, forming the whole
of the Anadolu Group. Yazıcılar Holding was incorporated
in 1976 by Mr. Kamil Yazıcı.

Similar to past years’ performances, our Group companies have generated above-budgeted results in 2004, in both domestic and international operations.
Anadolu Group’s consolidated revenues reached US$2.3bn in 2004 against the targeted US$1.8bn. 2004 revenues exhibit approximately 45% growth in comparison with 2003’s revenue figure of US$1.6bn.
